6-Day Retreat

Sacred Journeys, lovingly guided by Shelli Cohen, takes place in the beautiful Lake Chapala area of Jalisco, Mexico. As an experienced guardian and Spiritual guide, Shelli will create an atmosphere for both healing and transformation. If you would like to learn more about Shelli please click here.

What's included:

• Transportation to and from the airport in Guadalajara

• Accommodations - A suitable Airbnb will be booked for your stay, and the Journeys will take place there.

• All meals - please inform me of any dietary restrictions

• 2 full-day mushroom journeys with integration

On the Day of Your Journeys

We will begin the day at 9:00 am with some light yoga and meditation to get into a coherent state.

Your Sacred Journey will begin at approximately 10:00 a.m., on an empty stomach.

With loving intention, I’ll prepare a tea using the appropriate dose of ground psilocybin mushrooms with citrus and hot water. Before drinking, I’ll read aloud a protection prayer, and you’ll have the chance to speak your intentions directly to the medicine, setting the tone for a deeply personal experience.

You’ll journey in the comfort of a cozy bed, with your eyes closed to support an inward focus. A carefully curated playlist of high-vibrational music will play softly, holding you in a nurturing atmosphere.

When the medicine begins to fade, and you feel ready, I’ll prepare a light, grounding meal for you. We’ll take time together to reflect on your experience, honoring the insights and feelings that arose in order to help integrate what you experienced.

Prior to your journey, I will connect with your Higher Self and/or Source to receive guidance regarding the most appropriate dosage for you, as well as anything else that may be important to support a safe and healing experience.

The evening after your journey or the next day (depending on how many people are in your group), you will also have the option to receive a personal reading from Spirit. This can be a beautiful opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of what took place during your journey, while also receiving any additional guidance or insights that may be of importance for your highest good at this time.
